For international orders, payment must be received before order can be shipped. Remittance must be in U.S. dollars. Any bank handling charges must be paid by the customer. All checks and wire transfers must be in U.S. dollars and must be drawn on a U.S. bank. No foreign checks accepted. International customers are responsible for custom fees, duties, and taxes incurred by their orders.
Delivery
All items in stock are usually shipped within one business day. Additional delivery time may be required for items not regularly stocked. Special shipping arrangements and expedited shipping can be requested: call 800.687.4132 or 512.471.5940. Customer must pay applicable sales tax and shipping charges added to the order. Materials are shipped via FedEx and require a street address. Please no P.O. Box numbers.
Publication Discounts
A 15% discount is applied in our shopping cart to orders of 25 or more print books of the same title. For discounts for a quantity of separate titles please call.

Replacement Policy
No returns unless materials are received damaged. Please examine your order carefully upon receipt. Returns of damaged materials must be made within five (5) business days of delivery. Contact Sales and Service immediately if the materials are damaged to receive return authorization: call 800.687.4132 or email execed@petex.utexas.edu.
